Estimated Delivery:

  1. Bangladesh: 2–5 working days
  2. International: Delivery times vary by destination and customs procedures.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, product weight, and order size. Some subscription plans or promotions may include free delivery.

International Deliveries:
Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility and not included in our prices. Delivery delays due to customs are beyond our control.

Delivery Failures:
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:

  2. Recipient unavailability.
  3. Absence of an updated address within 24 hours after a failed delivery.

Re-shipment charges will apply in such cases.

Non-Refundable Items:

Right to Decline Claims:
